This VTOL can be used in Agriculture lands and for Military Surveillance Purposes. General view of our VTOL fixed-wing drone is given next for the better understanding that how it will work.Skyhawk fixed wing Vertical Take Off and Landing Drone is capable of both hover and fast forward flight. Rotors generate lift during take-off and landing. After takeoff, it transition into forward flight mode in which a wing produces the lift. It extends the capabilities of QuardCopter by incorporating additional (push/pull) propeller systems. Lithium polymer battery is used in this drone for enhancing battery lifetime as they can last up to 2 to 3 days after full charging. This drone will be able to communicate with the user and its internal parts for better performance .It has capacity of carrying almost 500 grams of payload for at least 20-30 minutes in the air.
Project ObjectivesThe main idea behind the project is to provide a drone to people interested in a drone which has much more flight time than a normal drone and is more efficient and reliable than ordinary quadcopters. The drone can carry a payload of 500 grams with a safe landing. This drove can fly with a speed of 30 km/h. Due to high efficiency; this drone can cover a larger area as compared to normal quadcopters.

A key element to ensure the VTOL capability of the four (4) motors with rotary blade stability to lift the load. All the four rotary blades will be at the same speed (Rotation per minute) and acceleration rate i.e. changing the RPM from one state to another state. Increasing the RPM means increasing the height or takeoff stage. Decreasing the speed or RPM mean reducing the altitude or to land. The same RPM for all the vertical blade and weight balance are the keys to ensure stability during takeoff landing and horizontal movement. The speed of the propeller and stability will be achieved by means of PID stability control techniques. Horizontal movement (speed of the UAV) is by mean of controlling the RPM of then horizontal motor/propeller. Attitude control and stability are achieved by adjusting the control surface accordingly and tuning the PID control gains. Manual adjustments of speed/RPM of all motor/propeller are remotely done by mean of radio remote control while during autopilot missions, the UAV would follow the designated speed as programmed in the software.
After Vertical take off it will act as an normal Wing Plane and can have a normal flight with the help of a single motor or more than that.
