Sports freaks which always have desire to play sports of any sort are the targeted

audience for this system, who will consistently use our web application for

organizing tournaments, considering the availability of grounds which would also be

covered in our web system. Ground owners will list their spots on Web Application

with the available days and timings, which later, are selected by the user.

Our web system provides a flexible and easily operable user interface which helps in

Managing, Booking and Scheduling of Sport Spots based on user preferences, A

user can search for spots by providing locations or by spot NAMES and can flow

through the system from selection to confirmation of the desired available Ground,

club, and court etc.

Project Objectives

To develop a system which effectively interact with the users (while delivering an

amazing user experience) and to deliver a single solution which summarizes all the

processes of (Scheduling, Booking, Confirmation and decision regarding Venues of

sports). A System which comprises head to tail of all the processes involved in

sports ground, clubs, and courts booking. Enhancing the User Interface to such

extent, that makes a user to interact with the system consistently.

Project Implementation Method

The technology we will be using for development of our Project are:

LANGUAGE: JAVASCRIPT (ES6)

Framework: REACT (For designing interactive UI, and component-based

Architectures)

SERVERSIDE: NODE.JS, EXPRESS.JS OR PHP

DATABASE: FIREBASE OR MYSQL

Benefits of the Project

We see that, people engaging in sports have trends which are always moving

up, where they encounter a similar problem each time while organizing

matches of individuals and teams, stating a hectic in booking appropriate

venues (grounds, courts, pitches, or stadiums), making calls, talking to the

ground owners, then location is another factor and the availability of venues on

their desire time. These factors motivate us for providing an appropriate

solution which efficiently addresses all these issues.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• BOOKING

(A user can book venues of their choice by going through the listed options)

• AVAILABILITY

(User will look the availability timings and days of venues, while also considering the venue

is already booked or not.)

• DAY-NIGHT

(Users can consider choosing the venues based on their needs, they can select venues which

have availability 24/7 with varying prices.)

• PRICING

(Each venue has varying prices on various days and timings; the user can book venues based

on their preferences on varying prices.)

• LOCATION

(The user has the option see and select venues based on their preferred location by searching

for spots through area and location wise option.)

• ACCOUNT

(User can create new account and access all the available spots for booking, also checkout

from the system after completing the selection of venue, view them in the cart and then can

receive confirmation by SNS (simple notification service) after payment is done).
