SHE SECURE (women safety app) is an android and iOS based application that will help the user to save and secure herself from uncomfortable and dangerous situations. SHE SECURE (women safety app) will provide a voice-based code word alert and will send a distress message with a user’s live location to the emergency contacts. SHE SECURE (Women Safety App) will automatically record audios and videos to send them to the emergency contacts. Moreover, SHE SECURE (Women Safety App) will provide the option to report locations where she faced any bad incident. User can also add their feedback about that location. It will also provide self-defense tutorials to the user.
Project Objectives
Our product SHE SECURE (Women Safety App) is made to solve problems of women's safety, Women's security has become a major concern in recent times and this app is developed as an effort for women's safety. This application will provide women safety at home and outside the home. Our primary aim is to ensure every woman in our society feel safe and secured. Our product will carry out the safety and security procedure swiftly for women's safety.
Project Implementation Method
Our project will be implemented by using the following technologies.
1. React js for web Admin.
2. React native in for application front-end.
3. Node js and express for application backend.
4. MongoDB database will be used to store data.
Benefits of the Project
The benefits of the women safety app are pretty obvious.It will help women be safe and secure everywhere, even in an emergency situation.She doesn't need to press any button. She simply shouts with a specific code word and an alert will be sent to the emergency contacts with their live location. Moreover, it will also help others to stay updated about good and bad locations with the help of the report location feature.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The end product will be an android and iOS based application that will be deployed to the MongoDB server. The system will be integrated with Twillo API for sending SMS .It will also used Whatsapp API to share audio and video recording.To share live location of the user Google map API will be used in our Application.
