A Self-Driving Car is a vehicle that is capable of sensing its environment and moving safely with little or no human input. Self-driving cars combine a variety of sensors and cameras to perceive their surroundings.
We are making a car(prototype) which will resemble the "practical self driving cars". This car will be capable of following the lanes and understanding the traffic signals.
The technology of Machine Learning is used in which first we make our models and then we train them on large data of test images in order to train them. After proper training, the car will be able to follow any random lanes and understand signals.
In our project, we are making a prototype(toy car) which will resemble some of the functioning of practical self-driving car.
Our project is going to use the two features of this technology.
Our objective is to making a self-driving car using Image processing and Machine-Learning algorithms that is capable to :
•Detect and follow the road lanes.
•Detect the traffic signals and respond accordingly.
A proper track will be made to test and run the prototype car.

Jetson nano is the latest mini computer released by NVIDIA in March 2019. This board is capable of carrying multiple parallel Neural Networks at a same time. This board has 128 cores of GPU and is much much better than other common processors in the market.
This project is a PROVE OF CONCEPT.
We will test different models by analyzing there speed and accuracy and will choose the best for our case.
The output will be a car that can run on any type of Lanes accurately and can understand and respond to different traffic signals by using MACHINE LEARNING and Artificial Intelligence.
