A great way for barbers and barbershops to manage clients, accept and cancel appointments and even offer special offers through the app. The Scissor cut is a centralized mobile platform for barbers and clients modernizing the barbershop experience. All of your barbers needs in one place, for you and your clients.

The barbers invite or manage their clients and keep all of the appointments organized in one place. The barbers set their location and availability to get discovered by new clients and grow your business. Barbers can also accept payments online. 

Clients can find the new barbershop or discover new ones in nearby location. They can book appointments by selecting services according to their choice. Clients can also pay for their haircut within the app using mobile payments.Clients can keep a gallery of past cuts and dope styles to show to their barber at your next appointment.

If the client forgot after the booking, the reminder notification will be sent from the barber shop before the time is fixed.

Project Objectives

The barber industry is heavily driven by repeat business. While their services (haircuts, manicure/pedicure, massage, etc) are important and frequently sought after, the industry itself is extremely over-saturated with somewhat identical competitors.

The probability of selling to an existing customer is 60-70%. The probability of selling a new prospect is 5-20%.

The new business startups generate less revenue than the existing business generate much more revenue but they also do not manage their details of customers. They don't know about the profit and loss of each day that they are making.

Our problem with the community is that everybody has no time. They want everything faster in this world now with the advent of technology. Similar case is with the businesses; they also have no time to manage their details manually. They want everything fast.

This app will enhance the customer experience. create loyalty programs and always stay connected with your clients. The app will make their lives easier and put more money in your pocket.

The app will also help the barber shop owner to handle, accept and manage the client online. The services which they are offering will remain the same. They don't need to write any manual details. This app will manage the details and profit loss which they are making.
