Accepting what science has done is about troublesome. Picture acknowledgment may be a vague subject in the 21st century which makes it a critical portion of our day by day lives. Smartphones have ended up the need for any single citizen on this planet with the advent of unused innovation. Applications are being built on Android stages that are of changed intrigued to us. This project will connect all of these and proposes a hardware based application entitled "Application and modeling of Android based Parking Management Using Car Number Plates”

Administering of unwanted / trouble causing vehicles can be controlled using this system. In rushing hours a system based models to identify and block such vehicles is the need of the day. Also it will reduce the possibility of unavoidable threats and terrorism. In case of any eventuality the driver might be questioned about his / her intentions and a critical event can be avoided.

The user of this system will be using the system to identify and match the vehicle registration numbers with existing database of students / faculty or staff data and allow security people to identify and detect any unauthorized vehicles. Initially vehicles will be enrolled after verification and clearance from security / administration departments into proposed system. The hard ware installed at the entrance of the parking as well as parking location will identify and check the vehicles automatically. Car stickers can also be verified if they are RFID based. Existing students can be verified and so those who have already graduated can also be identified.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to easier to manage car parking and to eliminate wrong parking of students that make problems to other students

Working:

Home Button:
If or when you are doing something else, the 'Home' button will lead you straight to the app home screen.

Register Button:

 The ‘Register’ button will direct the user to the Vehicle Registration page car number, caller name, ID, application, type and contact number will be provided to the user and registered for future use on our website. With the introduction of Firebase, real-time database is used.

Scan Button:

On the home screen, the user can also recognize the 'Scan' button which will access the device's camera to further record the car's visual image within the camera range. By using the Text Recognition API, the system detects the license plate number from the digital image of the vehicle

Once scanned and found, the 'Download' button will enter the number below it, which will search and verify the real-time website number used by the application. After verifying the number, an entry or non-entry permit will be issued to the owner of the vehicle.

Update Button:

On the homepage there is a refresh button used to convert records in real time if necessary the administrator can easily edit and record and it will be saved as soon as we click one refresh button, we go to another function that displays a list of our saved site list

If we want to update a record, we click on the edit button on the left it will then open a new content panel that will list the name contact etc. figure shown below

In this update phase we can update anything beyond the installed file as program and typing etc. it will update the records on the website immediately and if we want to delete the record, we just click the cross button and the record will be deleted.

Benefits of the Project

Promising benefits to law enforcement, protection and access to the vehicle under many common driving conditions by introducing this concept. We want a secure entry system with gates, the LPR will provide high popularity to those who need their fully protected entry.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Every individual will be able to park sensibily and there won't be any fuss related to parking.
