Project Objectives

Our main objective was to monitor real-time screen operations of the panel to find a way to do software updates remotely at any time, also we are providing Remote assistance and 24/7 surveillance. Our project will provide data encryption leading to 2- step verification.

Project Implementation Method

At First, we were using Microcontroller(Arduino and then Raspberry) based technique that was getting data from PLC and then modify and send user data to the server using ESP8266, once we have done we need to have master controller to have multiple PLC networks control it then we move from Raspberry to MyRIO as a controller to getting and simulating and sending data to require destination.

Benefits of the Project

As it is costly to replace all old PLC with newly PLC having Remote access option, so by installing our device with old PLC to get remote access option is cost-efficient. moreover, it will save time and made the process faster than before.
another thing we are adding in our industrial remote system is that it will be an "end by end encrypted" that is data and instructions are fully secure.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In our Final Deliverable, we will have a Master Controller that is the main brain of our system through which data is communicating between all connected PLC's and control panel. any instruction given remotely will first execute in the main controller that will decide when right instruction will be executed.
