E-commerce websites are also providing a lot of facilities for customers in foreign countries and it is getting more popular in our country as well. Similarly, online e-commerce competitions are also the main trend nowadays. As we know that the world is moving towards digitalization and keeping this trend in mind, we have also shifted our business towards online shopping as well to give our customers ease of shopping and as we know that we are facing a pandemic so we once again realized the importance of e-commerce. We cannot bring people to shopping amid this Covid-19 Pandemic but we can try to bring shopping to people. Available e-commerce systems lack multiple facilities for their users and are a waste of time and money. So, people of all categories cannot enjoy shopping. Some of the customers are highly qualified but most of them are not so they are not able to understand complex interfaces. Customers cannot even cancel the order after placing it. So, keeping this in mind “Rang Mahal” is built. The purpose of this website is to track online shopping. Rang Mahal makes it easy for customers who prefer online shopping. The customer can select dresses of their own choice without wasting time. They can easily move into their category. Moreover, Customers can specify the color of their product so they can easily access only their favorite products. People can also cancel their orders within the given time. Customers can shop any time using this site. Customers will be able to save time and cost. We are providing a single platform that performs almost every feature so the customers can enjoy shopping without any issues.

There will be a filter option that will help the user easily find the related products. The products will be arranged according to the sizes, colors, and price ranges. The user can cancel an order within four hours. The system will be user-friendly and will keep the user updated on the latest notifications. It will get feedback from the user and will change the preferences and suggestions for the user.

Many websites have a difficult interface. Other websites provide some features but not all. We are offering all features of this platform. This system will cover all remaining clauses, requirements, and limitations that are required by the customer. There will be all the products related to customer needs. It is difficult for the customers to find dresses of a specific color so, to make it easy for our customers to get what they want we will be using color filters and the customer can specify their required color by clicking the checkbox. After placing an order, We have observed that the customers are not able to cancel their orders on other websites so, to solve this problem we decided to add a feature that can help customers to cancel their orders within a limited time. It is very difficult for the customers with no knowledge to use a complicated website, we decided to make it easier for customers to shop by implementing a simple interface and we are also providing a Customer Help Centre which will help the customers in answering their queries.
