Our goal was to build a teacher and course evaluation system for government univeristries (Currently UET mardan). Current Evaluation Sytem had so many flas in it so decided to make a system more secure , reliable and user friendly both for students and admins.Our system provides accurate and real time results with the help of this system the adminstration has a clear idea of progress of each teacher and each course and can easily improve this weekness's in education system.

Project Objectives

The main objective of our project are 

1) Provide real time evaluation results.

2) Provide a secure and realiable system.

3) Automate & digitilize all the paper work.

4) To keep Check on teachers & Courses.

5) Bring advance system's in government univeristries.

Project Implementation Method

Our Project is implimented in the MERN stack, which to date is the latest technology in Pakistan. Its extremly fast , secure and realiable.

We developed the frontend using React,Redux and some aditional external libraries.

The backend was made in Node.js , Express.js and the database we used was mongoDB which is a nosql database .

Benefits of the Project

This project has so many benifits

Previously our univeristry evaluation system had so many flas like a student could submit the evulation as many times as he want. (With our latest sytem a single student can only submit  a single evaluation).

Previously Students had to find their semester and teacher and courses to evaluate . (With our system they are given a single token and that token has only the subjects , teachers that the student needs to evaluate)

Previously the Result making machanism was not digitilized and administration had to do it manually , a lot of paper work (Now With this system they dont need to do anything , Everything is automatic & fast).

Another benifit is of the techonology we are using now they dont need to worry about updating the application beacuse it is already in the latest technology so far.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverable is a complete software system which is

Extremly fast ,

Realiable ,

User friendly

and Secure.

It used advance AI algorithms to give accurate results in real time.

It uses latest technology for UI/UX components.
