Project Tracker is primarily beneficial for the professionals related to software industry and to be precise the professionals related to Software Development Lifecycle’s that are primarily related to Development and Testing Departments. Many software houses can use this web application to track the project progress. We hope that it will surely be helpful in tracking the progress and make the management’s team as well as developers and testers work easy and effective as they would exactly know the current progress of the project and can increase or decrease the input based on the project progress. It will ensure transparency and will identify the competent persons in the software house to the project managers due to proper tracking is provided related to each task that is assigned to each individual. It will also act as project database and software house can view that how many projects that they have completed till now and how much needs to be completed. It would also track the progress of a software house as whole based on their monthly, yearly or decade goals.

Project Objectives

• This project will let project managers easily manage project under productgion by giving the team work status in just clicks.
• It will let developers and testers know how much efforts need to be made in order to hit the deadlines as developer and tester are able to view word load as well as deadline of the project in which developer is assigned to. Developer and Tester can also prioritize his/her work accordingly to enhance his/her productivity.
• Proper registeration of organization is performed so that all the projects related to a software house are stored in a single place that can be accessed and viewed later.

Project Implementation Method

For Project Tracker's implementation following tools are used:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• ReactJS
• MaterialUI
• Firebase

React JS and Material UI are used as front end of the application and to create different view. Firebase used as a backend in which data is stored and fetched on user view. Firebase is also used as a hosting service for Project Tracker.

Benefits of the Project

1. Listing project requirements and assigning a member related to that requirement.
2. Assigning due to date for requirement to be completed on.
3. Each member should only be able to view the requirement related to his/her expertise.
4. On completion of requirements, member should mark the requirements done on their module and this would be directly be displayed to Project Manager or Management Team's Module or interface.
