Project Summary

PR System (Person Recognition System) recognises a person through his/her facials, We are developing the project for the specific persons who are dead or in no the condition of no sense. PR System will help rescue team and safety and security departments of governments to identify the un-identified victims of any accident. 

only the rescue team has to capture the vitim's picture in which the face is focused(wether he is dead or in condition of no sense). And will use that image to upload to our servers that will identify the person from his already existing data, that server will response the data that victim belongs to and we can tell his/her guardians or family members, on servers there will be a status of the recently diagnosed desease of victim and his/her blood group, that will save the time of testing the blood group etc, and will increase the chances of saving the victims life.

In our second part of PR System we are going to give a service to the missing persons and their family, todays traditional method of finding the missing person is that the family members post the posters on walls of streets, chowks, and bus stops, terminals and even on the walls of the mosques, and there are still almost zero percent chances of finding the missing one.

Through the project PR System the guardians will have to report the missing person(wether he is a child or mental person) to the nearest police station and police operator will upload the missing persons details that includes the picture of the person, guardians contact, address etc.

and if the missing person is in a society where he doesnt belong to the people of that society will report to the police and police will investigate about him, will takes his picture and will search about him on our servers, so that we they will know about the person and will contact to the guardian of the person.

Project Objectives

The main objective of the project PR System is to identify the person through his face. and return the requested data, like his personal information in which includes , name , address , guardians contact, his blood group, etc

Project Implementation Method

PR System will be implemented on a server that will handel the request of the users, our main interfaces for the user are mobile and web.

Mobile interface is specially designed for the rescue team that will capture the victims face on the spot and send the request to server to identify the person and the server will response with the necessary information.

Web interface will be operated by police operator and will upload the data for a missing person and if someone un-identified person is captured then he will upload his face image to server to identify him.

Actually the purpose of developing such a system to help the government safety and security departments.

Benefits of the Project

Through PR System the person who is un-identified will be identified in no time, His family will be in contact to the Authorities.

Missing person will be found in less time and will have greater chances to be found.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverables will be a server file that will handel the requests and will calculate the data of the users and the citizens.

An Android Application that will be developed specially for rescue team members. through this they can communicate with servers.

A Web Interface that can be operated by the police operators and will help to find the missing persons.
