Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryProject ObjectivesPower factor measurement and controlling through PLC 5kw load and Smart monitoring on cloud ( as smart energy meter) .The system shows all the parameters including what power factor was measure and which capacitor is On to componsate the Pf. The whole data will measure on real time and display on Claud as real time data for this we use RTC in our system.system can also operate mannually.
Modification In Future: we will use HMI or Scada to provide user friendly or touch screen cloud screen to controll whole system using google cloud with scada system.
Project Implementation MethodThe main Objective is to convert this hardware system of power factor panel into easily accessable platform where you able see on far distance through Cloud what pf is running ,how much energy use and generate bill . This project very helpful for Textile Industries because by this we don't need a person to look after what pf is running and to check system performance whether it correct pf or not our project provide every detail of system
Benefits of the ProjectImplementation of smart pf controlling and monitoring system is we will make PCB of system and I/o port for connection which will become quite easy to connect to any load but you have to enter wifi password for esp8266 module to send data to cloud .we just simply enter through our laptops .but we design system for 5 kw if a person load increases we change the capacitor in capacitor bank .
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe main advantage of project is typical hardware system is on your laptop or smart phone through cloud and you can monitor system anywhere you wants.
This project also provide modification chances for future .Use of scada and HMI with cloud system .
