“Decibel Education Syestem” is a cloud-based application that helps educational institutions manage course enrollments, faculty interactions, and administrative processes. It comes with a self-service portal, which enables students to view class schedules and receive notifications related to session registrations, login credentials, and more. It enables students to review ongoing programs with details including course ID, name, campus location, and enrollment status. Students can process fee payments which is a plus point for this application. On the other side it's not beneficial only for students but parents , faculty, staff members and even transporters can get benefit from this platform who are willing to work with various institutes. Project Objectives

The idea in which we are working is basically a cloud based application, In which we make a portals of everyone, Such as we take an example of school system which conduct a portals of everyone such as Student, Staff, Management, Teachers, And this application also contain the portal of parents.

So in the student portal, The student portal contain the every detail such as student marks, Student assignment, Student quiz, Student attendance, Student classes schedule, Student date sheet and all the things related to the students.

In the Staff portal, the staff portal contain all the things related to the staff, Such as staff attendance, Staff schedule

In the Management portal, the management portal contain all the things related to the management such as management attendance, Management working, And all the things related to the management were held in this management portal.

In the Teacher portal, The teacher portal contain all the things related to the teacher, Such as teacher attendance, Teacher classes schedule, Teachers assignments which were given to the several classes. The teacher portal contains all the things related to the teacher.

In the Parents portal, The parents portal contain the overall progress related to their child, Such as their child was present in that class, And the parents portal contain the assignment marks and also the quiz marks which were conducted online. Basically the parents’ portal contains the overall progress of their child.

Project Implementation Method

Phase-1:

Basically our project is a cloud based application, In which we make a portals of everyone, Such as we take an example of school system which conduct a portals of everyone such as Student, Staff, Management, Teachers, And this application also contain the portal of parents. Our project is portal synchronization based on cloud computing. It contains different portals of everyone. And also the portal of parents so that the parents can check the daily progress of their child, And also the overall progress of their child.

Phase-II:

By using this portal the student can check their marks, Date sheet, Assignment, Attendance and all the things related to the student, Same as this portal was also very useful for the Management the management can see all the thing related to their work and also check the attendance, Same as this portal was also very useful for the staff the staff can see all the detail related to them in this portal, Same as this portal was also very useful for the teachers in the teachers portal the teacher can see all the things which were related to them, Same as this portal was also very useful for the parents the parents can see their child overall progress and also the marks which their child conduct. And one thing which we will add in the student portal is chat, The students can easily chat to another student of that particular school, If one student have any query and want to ask that query to another student so that student can easily use the chat option in the portal.

Phase-III:

Basically this was an cloud application, So one or more than one schools can registered in this application, So there was an advantage of this cloud application, If one student left the school and takes the admission to another school and that school was also registered to our cloud application, So the previous record of that student will automatically sink to that school, So that the school in which that student take admission can easily see the previous record of that student.

Benefits of the Project

•Everything will be designed separately with its individual contents and separate dashboards for students, teachers etc.

•By using our application there won’t be any need of the homework diary to be written, because we are providing everything along with our portal, So no paper work is required.

•And also it will be very useful for the parents, Every parent can easily track the overall progress of their child.

•Using the online calendar, colleges can schedule meetings, programs, holidays, and events for the targeted audience including students, faculty, parents and alumni.

•Allocate bus services to students and staff and manage bus routes including pick-up and drop off at pre-defined destinations according to college timings.

•Enables faculty to upload question papers and create examination to students with dates and timings. Administrators can create exam venues, assign classrooms and invigilators, and generate results for all the students.

•Online quiz and assignment submissions platform will be there which will work automatically with the desired schedule.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

If we take an example of School System, This project will make a portal of everyone , Such as student Staff, Teachers, Student, Management and also the portal for the Parents whom child were in that school.

This will include everything about the student in the student portal such as the student attendance, And all the Assignment which the student get will also show in the student portal, Same as the online quiz conducted will preview in the student portal, Assignment marks and the quiz marks will also shown in the student portal, All the things related to the students will be shown in the student portal.

 Same as in the Staff portal the staff portal will include everything about the staff in staff portal, Such as staff attendance, The things related to the staff will shown in the staff portal

Same as in the Teacher portal, The teacher portal will include everything about the teachers such as teacher attendance and which assignment will the teacher have to assign to the student, And this will also include the online quiz system, So the report of every quiz and the marks which the student get will also show in the teacher portal,

And there was also a portal of the parents, So the parents will see the progress of their children, And also can see that their child was present in the class, The parents portal also include the assignment marks as well as the quiz marks which their children get, Basically the parents’ portal can include the overall progress of their child.

In this cloud application one or more than one schools were registered, So if any student left the school and take the admission to any other school which were also registered in this application , So all the data will automatically transferred in that school , It also transfer the overall progress of that student.

And we will also include the chat option in our portal, So that if one student have to contact to any other student so that he or she can easily communicate using the chat option in our cloud application,

We will also implement Artificial Intelligence in our project such as in the online quiz system the quiz question will not repeat, And the computer learn that this student was weak in this subject and this student have to work hard in this subject, For example the student was weak in the math, So the computer knows that this student was weak in math subject, So the computer will give more question related to the math till that student will get the skill in that subject. Basically we will use machine learning in our project.
