We need to build up a convenient application where the individuals can get to the Intellectual disability in their children. The reality Intellectual incapability in children is a difficult issue in all the Countries of the World like Pakistan an agricultural nation. Along these lines, our application will give an Assessment Tool for Intellectual disability.

Intellectual disability in children may affect two types of functioning as follows:

1)       Cognitive functioning deals with the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.

2)      Socialization functioning is the process of learning to behave in a way that is acceptable to society.

Right now, such evaluations are performed physically by the doctors, additionally, the appraisal exercises to be tried are time and endeavors devouring for the instructors. Consequently, it is needed to build up a versatile portable application to help the elaborate partners.

Our application is an evaluation device to survey the scholarly disability in the children where teachers or guardians can evaluate the intellectual inabilities in their children through standard inquiries of intellectual disabilities. Administrators can add modules and Instructors. Questions are isolated in various classes as per children's age. The teacher can add instructor and child subtleties and pick any child from the children list and train him/her. For Child and guardians help the sound of the inquiry and a short demo video identified with the inquiry with a reason that a child can comprehend what movement he/she should do. After the presentation of the inquiries of various modules, the educator/guardians can submit brings about the type of rating stars that show how well a child plays out the inquiry task. Toward the finish of one module, the consequence of the module appears as a rate on the screen. After the Evaluation, the result will be saved in the information base and show the general aftereffect of the child with each question rate.

Project Objectives

This project will provide a portable application to users. Its objectives are:

• To make a digital platform where instructors, parents, and humans can find the disabilities of their children according to their age.
• Instructor/Doctor/Parent can assess the Intellectual disabilities in the Children.
• The application will automate the learning process of intellectually disabled children.
• Also, we can add a testing module with learning for children that they are clearly understanding, learning, and growing through the help of the application.
• From the application, we will implement all the modules given by the doctors and made the community a free platform where disabled children will grow through the complete learning process.
• For the Learning and Testing process, we collaborate with doctors and made a curriculum made and given by the doctors.
• Application-based on questions that have an audio voice, short demo video, and for evaluating we have rating criteria for the progress of the student.
• Reduce user wastage of time.

Users can see the progress report of the Child.

• It is helpful for the assessment of Intellectual disabilities in children(disable/normal) all over Pakistan.
• Doctors, Instructors, and Parents can assess the progress of their children with Intellectual disabilities.
• The Project reduces the efforts and time of the Instructor in assessing Intellectual disabilities.

The instructor and Parents didn’t need to perform the demo of the question to understand the question because a short demo video related to the question is added for the child to help to understand what task he/she will have to do for the question.
