We make use of Wi-Fi module  for connecting server and portable attendance system . This system has many benefits such as time efficiency, simplicity and secure authentication.

Project Objectives

The major objective  is to  develop a portable student attendance system used in educational institutions as well as to design a user-friendly attendance mechanism especially for the lecturer which incorporates security criteria for the stored data.

¨The main objective  is to implementing a biometric feature into a portable attendance system is security and portability.

¨Another main objective  is to view and analyze attendance  information over the cloud through internet without having any direct physical access to the hardware.

¨The additional feature of this system is that if the attendance is less 75% , then message will be sent automatically to the student’s parent through GSM module.
