From growing dates to selling dates to the customers , dates passes through washing  , drying  , oiling  and  packing  procedures .  All  these  processes  are  done  manually in interior  ,  where  the  dates     are    planted  in  huge  quantity .      

The focus of  the project is to perform all these four  processes automatically for saving time , labour cost , quality of dates and decreasing wastage of water and oil . The input of this prototype machine is 1-2 kg dates and output are boxesof  dates .  Quantity of dates  in  each  box Is  controlled . Project required only 1 external operator .

Project Objectives

The Project objectives include:

 The main objective of this project is to  washing the dates , drying the dates , oiling the dates and to pack  them in 0.5 kg  packaging. 

 1) To perform these  four tasks  in minimized time .

 2) To reduce dates cost .

3)  To reduce water and oil wastage .

4) To save time in the production of dates .

5)  To reduce labour cost.

Project Implementation Method

First step is to purchase all the required components .

Second step will be start manufacturing project according to the working phonomenon .

Last step will be programming and finalizing the project and to test it properly.

The structure of project is the most techniqal part of manufacturing the project , because saving time and savinf oil and water depends on the design of the project.
