Nowadays, a major issue arising is quality education. In Pakistan, provincial education ministries have organized an examination system for the students of Matriculation and Intermediate. It is compulsory for the students to pass both the theory and the practical exam of the science subjects. As we fall under the category of a developing country, we face many problems. One of them includes lack of availability of equipped laboratories in schools and in colleges in both the private and the public sector. Because of such reasons, we see a large number of failures among students. Keeping in mind this issue, we decided to build an application that is easily accessible to students and no one has to rush towards any academy. An application that will allow them to perform the experiments by simple drag-and-drop interaction.

Playing with experiment is a science lab where experiments can be performed virtually in 3D. All instruments and equipment will be provided - though not physically. One can view, observe and practice experiments with them. This app would be user-friendly and could be downloaded on Android phones. The main focus of this application is to help the students learn how they can perform the experiments.

Project Objectives

Playing with experiment will be in 3D. It will run on android phones and tablets. User can perform the experiments virtually whereas in reality, the actual instruments are needed. Our app will provide the user the ability to perform the experiments without the presence of the physical apparatus. It will include five experiments in total from chemistry. Our main objective is to help the students of Secondary School, so we are developing an Android app that allows students to train themselves to perform the chemistry practical’s.
