The recycling of plastics is main issue all over the world. In the scenario our team decided to manufacture "PLASTIC RECYCLING MACHINE ".
This machine will be usefull for recycling of the used Plastic waste. We are considering cooking oil and plastic crush for making a new product. The benefits of this machine is to recover plastic pollution in the seas and land. It will also produce raw material (raisen) for making new plastic good products.
This machine will also help us in recycling and reducing ocean plastic which is harms marine life and takes hundreds of year to decompose.

Project Implementation Method- First we design the project on software (Creo parametric).
- In the project we will design a prototype.
- After the success of prototype we will design a project.
- In this case we will considered the temperature of melting plastic material.
- The ratio of plastic and oil is to be pracicalized in the lab.
- This project will be implemented at domestic level and people get opportunity to do their own business.
The overall benefit of this machine, is to utilize the plastic 2 or 3 times.
The plastic waste will be recycled to produce plastic furniture which is usefull and also not harmful for human body.
The recycled plastic waste contains bad oxident, hence the recycled material will not be used in making utensils used for storing or serving edible products.
Carbon footprint will also be reduced environmental conditions.
It will also help in reducing the consumption of fresh raisen which will ultimately reduce the emission of harmful gases in the environment.

Plastic is the good material for recycling it can be melt around 130 to 160 C.
PET :
PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate.
PET have high elastic region thats why its sustain more elasticity.
PROCEDURE:
In this process firstly heated oil at 120.C when it's temperature raise from 120.C then we pour PET (crushed particles) and then after supply more more temperature to 140.C. At 160.C it would completely in melting ( liquid state).
PET and oil mixture in liquid it can easily be injected in product mould to make finished good.
