Project Summary

The Project “Plant Dashboard for Perfect Day” is an idea of creating a low cost dashboard for Procter & Gamble’s one of the plants in Port Qasim, Pakistan. This project is based on Data Visibility and Data analysis. This project will be targeting Logistics and Operations department. In the project we will be driving data synchronization concept to operator level. According to the current situation, company’s data is present at multiple sources including Excel sheets, SAP, etc and there is no proper visibility of it. With this project the data will not only be visible to everyone on screen in a very smooth digitize manner but it will also make sure that everyone on the plant is on the same page. Moreover, data analysis will be done to help the company track themselves that will eventually help them in growing in a better way.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this system is to make the data visibility at operator level and to fetch the real time data not outdated data. This should be done in a very automated digitize way. It must be user friendly and understandable. Data analysis should be done on the data from trending

Project Implementation Method

For Logistics Department:

• Through an excel sheet hosted on onedrive for business that is fetching data through multiple systems sheet we’ll fetch data in powerBi.
• In PowerBI, we have done formatting as to see the performance of the measures.
•  The tool used for creating dashboard is Microsoft PowerBi

  For Operations:

• Through an excel sheet hosted on onedrive for business that is fetching data through multiple systems sheet we’ll fetch data in powerBi.
• Also data will be fetched from SAP
• The tool used for creating dashboard is Microsoft PowerBi

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Two dashboards for both logistics and operations department that shows real time data on the screen. Also prediction of values of some of the measures from the dashboard.
