Project Objectives

Its main objective is to:

? It will measure the speed of machine.

? It will measure the rpm of the machine.

? It will be a wireless tachnometer.

? It will be running on a program feeded in to atmega 328.

Project Implementation Method

First we will put a program in atmega 328 which will do some calculation to meassure speed and the rpm of the project.Their is a hall effect sensor used in the circuit that gives us one pulse on going near to the magnet. So the machine will have a magnet that will be near to the place where we will put the hall effect side of the circuit near to the magnet mounted mclachine. This will record the pulse from the rotating magnet which will calculated as input in the algoritham.

Benefits of the Project

Benefit of the project is that it will wirelessly meassure the speed and rpm of the machine. It is a precise way of meassuring. Because there is a risk of frictional loss if we were to use a contacted one.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final dileveribale will be a circuit made up on three breadborads on which many connections will be seen in between atmega328 and lcd and halleffect sensor and power.

We will also see a machine that will be put infront of the hall effect sensor that has a small magnet on one fin.
