Pharmaceutical Supplies Tracking System (PSTS) software is a mobile and web application through which booker can book order on their phone. And admin will get all the detail of orders on their admin panel. It will also track the location of the booker and distributor at the time of booking. It will generate a list of the order of every booker and also complete detail of orders automatically.

Project Objectives

The software product is designed to run on the mobile of employees and admin will work on their web-based admin panel. Booker will book order with the help of mobile application (PSTS) and that time their location will be traced by admin and then they will get the notification about the order on their admin panel. At the end of the day, the admin will get automatically generated list of orders with the name of the booker. They will send that list to the distributor and on the next day, the distributor will distribute the items according to the list. Admin will also get the location of the distributor.

Project Implementation Method

The PSTS system will come into interaction with the memory of the machine it is running on, the network that is used to access the Internet (Cloud fire-base), the operating system that is currently installed on the machine the system is running on, and other system utilities. Network interfaces could include socket interfaces, memory management interfaces could include memory-mapped file interfaces, memory locking, or memory protection. Similarly, operating system interfaces could include process interfaces, clocks, and timers, as well as threads. It can be run at any operating system because it’s a web app just a local server is required or a web browser if web admin is live at the server.

When admin actively listens to employees' phone tracking and witness how they perform their job duties. Monitoring helps isolate specific work habits and behaviors that might be contributing to poorer performance. Surveillance also ensures that employees do their best since most employers notify them about potential monitoring activity.

There are two views of this project.

Mobile view
Web view

In the mobile Front end of PSTS, we will be using HTML5, SCSS (Superset of CSS), Bootstrap5, Jquery3.4, and material UI. Some Useful online fonts Library are also used in this view.
In Web Admin panel Front end of PSTS, we will be using HTML5, SCSS (CSS), Bootstrap5, Jquery3.4, and material UI. Some Useful online fonts Library are also used in this view.

Back end:
In mobile backend end of PSTS, we will be using Ionic framework 3, typescript a superset of JavaScript. Node.JS will be run as server-side scripting and Cordova plug-in will be used with the help of Node.js.
In Web Admin panel backend end of PSTS, we will be using Angular JS typescript a superset of JavaScript. Node.JS will be run as server-side scripting.

Database:
For data tier we will be using SQLite, JSON for mobile app and Firebase to submit all orders where web Admin Will be connected through firebase cloud.
