The project Hospital Management system is a product in which you can assist the patients form the front desk to the outdoor by totally computerized based system. The patient has facilitated with the unique id which can direct him throughout the process. Moreover you can search the patient records by just typing the id number or their CNIC number as well so that their existing history will display on your screen within no time.

HMS is basically a desktop Application. It performs direct communication between Patients to hospital staff, hospital staff to doctors, doctors to laboratory staff and doctor to pharmacist. It is very easy to use from each perspective. Patient can easily get their tokens from the reception and referred to their associated doctor to be treated with a notification message of their token Number sent to their regarding doctor. Doctor can treat the patient and upload his/her medicine to pharmacist or to laboratory staff if any lab test is required. Moreover a facility provided to the lab staff to generate run time patient reports by saving a proper format of any lab test at once.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to generate a virtual environment in hospital and to provide best health services to the patients. The aim of the project to facilitate the hospital staff with latest technology by providing virtual services to lessen the burden of manual work.

Project Implementation Method

Implementation is the phase of the undertaking of imaginative idea converting into the physical shape or norm. The designed form is the most basic form of the implementation which deliver to the client for testing purpose, to heck that the inserted module is working correctly or not. The implementation phase include both testing and implementing strategies which is being tested by the developer. All these process include the assessment of system according to the functional and nonfunctional requirement by the user. The created programming is sent effectively in the emergency clinic and have no blunders distinguished while arrangement.

5. Medicine stock can be manageable by pharmacy staff so that they can deliver medicines to patients
