There have previously been numerous answers offered to them.
Although it has been proposed that a property should only have one file, there have been numerous instances of duplicate land files in the market.
The lease and sublease of the land is either original or duplicate, which causes market instability. It has lately been recommended to digitalize the entire land market, so that whoever is formally marked as the owner there is the only one considered. However, if the owner information is changed unethically, there will be no proof for someone to speak up for themselves.
Project Objectives- Pakistanis want to invest in real estate, but the land mafia has always been a cause of disturbance and hindered a smooth process.
- To buy a house, flat or plot is not an easy task, but a middleclass person buys it just to feel secure and then someone comes with a duplicate file which is actually a fraudulent file, and then a dispute starts.
The solution I propose will solve most of these and many other land difficulties.
The Pakistani government is unaware of a lot of things as people usually do not consult with them. For instance, there should be a proper rental agreement and the Police Station should be aware of this rented property as well as a copy of the agreement should be submitted to the Police Station, but people fail to follow this ordeal and then show up to Police Station filing complaints.
There is much more happening around along with this problem, the solution I propose is a decentralized application that an average person can trust.
My solution will be simple to use, with each and every official information about a property being readily available and trustworthy, allowing a person to gain insight into a property via the application
Project Implementation MethodMy idea is to implement this on a small case, then will extend this on to the bigger scale after completion and successfully passing all types of test cases.
Project timeline is as follows:
March 2022: Searching for the problem in fintech industry from research papers and discussions with industry experts.
April 2022: Searching for the available solution and problem in them or proposed solution in the research papers and selecting few.
May 2022: Discussing about the credibility and usability of selected solutions with the Land / Real Estate and Computer Science experts.
June 2022: Documenting the finalized solution and its flow.
July 2022: Will Design basic UI and start implementing the backend solution.
August 2022: Will complete the basic implementation with that UI and test run the solution.
September 2022: Will show the solution to the industry experts and taking feedback for improvement.
October 2022: Will complete documentation, other project requirements and documenting the research paper with the report about the solution.
November 2022: Working on the UI / UX and including the feedbacks from industry experts.
December 2022: Connecting backend with the newly designed frontend.
January 2023: SQA of the product, Sharing it with industry experts for beta testing.
February 2023: Submission of Project, Report, Document and Publishing the Research Paper.
Benefits of the ProjectFollowing all of the foregoing study and information, I propose implementing block chain in the land entitlement industry.
This is mostly a research-based initiative that has not yet been executed; however, if everything goes according to plan, there will be a significant impact in this sector, as adding block chain into this industry will eliminate all of the difficulties associated to land mafia.
Everything will be crystal clear if the design is implemented, as the entire plan will be visible to anyone willing to do business with that land. To change the owner of the land, digital verification will be required, and the details of the change will be recorded as well to avoid any fraudulent ownership cases neither land abduction issues will arise.
To successfully implement this initiative, the government would have to play an active and awake role in its implementation, relating this to land officials in Pakistan.
My project isn't simply an existing Final Year Project; it happens to be an existing research project inside of which I’m looking that is going to belong to an existing solution to these issues.
After some time, this job is going to transition to an existing paperless environment because everything is going to exist as automated, therefore receipts as well as records is going to exist as a on top of chains. The land and related processes are going to be transparent.

The digitization of real-world land records necessitates the development of secure systems that can survive hacking attempts. Such systems must be based on solid foundations that guarantee their integrity and endurance. In Pakistan, there are no frameworks for establishing a blockchain-based land registration system that can be utilised to implement a decentralized land record registry in the real world. The methodical contribution is to provide a significant and verified conceptual foundation for blockchain-based land registration systems that can provide transparency, security, and rights.
The government must essentially execute this because it is going to specifically exist as a difficult that generally is going to basically belong to businesses to particularly commit fraud inside of this environment.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThis is a web-based application that can be used from any smart device. The owner will be clearly visible through the programme, and through his account, he will be able to control all of the lands he owns.
For this exact thing, the government would have access to an administrative panel, and everything would take place behind that. When an unowned land is purchased, a key is generated based on the owner's CNIC No# or NTN No#, which is kept confidential and secure, and according to which the land is designated as owned. Every individual detail judged necessary will be included in a smart contract.
The date, the officer who supervised the work, the area of land, and other details would be recorded.
The check from unowned land will be replaced with owned as well as owner's details within 10 minutes, after which everything will be managed by the owner and monitored by the government at the same time. For selling purposes, digital verification of the owner would be required.
With the owner's permission, we could secure the key in his portal for security and safety reasons.
Because everything would be decentralized, we would be rid of issues such as duplicate files, scam clients, land abduction, and so on.
Once this is successfully established, machine learning and deep learning techniques might be used in the future, and various versions could be encouraged.
