In this project, we will generate Oxygen gas in real time from water by means of electrolysis process, their monitoring system and automatic refilling cylinders or tanks. Beside this there is a web based communication system where all the data is shown and saved in a database to handle any emergency situation.

In future works, we will introduce new innovations into this project such as using hydrogen gas as a fuel combustion in industries. We will also introduce solar system to charge batteries for skydivers, Space-stations & modify for houses & hotels underwater.

Project Objectives

Problem Statement :

Real time generation and monitoring of oxygen from water, for patients.
Objective :
Latest technology oxygen producing setup with high working efficiency and trouble free operations, safety and low power consumption.
1. Real time generation of oxygen from water by using       electrolysis process
2.Water level indicator & monitoring it’s level
3.Controlling & monitoring level of generated oxygen

Project Implementation Method

System Design & Methodology :
 

1. Making an AC to DC power supply ranging from (6V to 12V or 12V to 24V)
2. Making of an automatic water pump using a simple DC Motor Or Servo Motor for the sufficient amount of water to be entered in a tank or chamber
3. Water level detection is carried out through ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 & controlled by Arduino UNO R3
4. A sealed chamber is used for the separation of Oxygen & Hydrogen gas using electrolysis process.
5. Oxygen will be stored in airbag & high pressure gas cylinders.

1. Supplying Oxygen gas to patients in hospitals.
2. Supplying Hydrogen gas to industries.
3 .Easy to deploy lifetime setup for underwater hotels.
4. It can also be modified for Sea Divers, Skydivers, Space-  stations.
5. Increasing lifetime capacity of Submarines and any 6. Underwater Technology.
7. Modify this system for ambulance using car batteries
