Project Summary

In modern days, people are getting too busy in their works but still they need to spend time in shopping malls. In Shopping malls, customers face a difficulty to follow a queue for the process of billing, which takes a long time under huge crowd. Customer thought that, to avoid the standing time in the billing section at shopping malls. To overcome the above problem, we emerged the Operator Free Billing System. To increase the pace of a billing process, the product is read by the barcode scanner which describes the cost of that product and  displays it on the mobile application linked with our shopping cart. As customer buy their exact product its price is add on the previous list. The cost of the product is displayed on the mobile screen. Customer get direct bill at the billing section in our application and paid it through application wallet, which automatically reduces the queue. Operator free billing system is provided to Customers, admin and staff of shopping mart to perform shopping without much interacting with each other. This system helps the customer to pay his bill through application without standing in a queue, view his previous transactions as well as give feedback and complaint to mart staff or admin. On the other hand, mart admin shall be able to register staff for mart and check the transactions of customers through this system. This system not only saves time but helps the customers, staff or admin to tackle with pandemic like Covid-19 etc

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to provide fastest collaboration platform to Customer and Staff Members. The other main objective is to provide complete and best solution so that no one which are involved can find any lose point and divert to another system which fulfil their needs. After this, the main objective of this project to provide the best system to staff members where they manage all customers easily on daily basis and also checked their billing receipt with little effort. In this project, the receipt of customers automatically generate and staff only check items and move on while in other system staff manage receipt of every customer by himself which is a time-consuming process with too much effort. On the other hand, for the customers this project will be very helpful during shopping. As we know shopping is basic need of everyone but in different marts due to rush sometimes shopping turns into time consuming process and after some time, customer getting bored. Through this project customer add things in his/her cart by its own and at the end without any queue generate his/her receipt and pay bill through wallet easily and move on. The other goal and objective of this project is to give knowledge about technology to every type of people because shopping mart is the place where every type of people comes and do shopping according to their need, so with the help of this project, give awareness to that people which are not too much familiar with technology while they learn about technology more and more. After fulfilling all the above-mentioned goals, we will be able to offer efficient solution for Customer and Staff collaboration.
