The Online Medicine store is an E-commerce platform where you can buy medicine online. The main objective of the Online Medicine Project on Medical Shop Management System is to manage the details of Sells, Medicines, Stocks, Company, Inventory. It manages all the information about Sells, Medical Shop, Inventory, Sells. The project is completely built at the administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Sells, Medicines, Medical Shop, Stocks. It tracks all the details about the Stocks, Company, Inventory. 

To provide a computerized data storage facility. We can search easily for any record.  The new system requires less time for the completion of any work.  All the stock of medicine is updated automatically in the new system. The system is user friendly and anyone having computer knowledge can handle it easily. Suitability for computerized data entry. Maintaining stock, Supplier information, Customer information & bill information is easy.

Project Objectives

Clear objectives of Online Medicine are as follow: 

The main objective of this medical Booking Store system is to take the complete medical store online so that it is reachable to customers 24/7. It also aims at going towards cashless transactions. It will impart wider visibility to the customers. Thus boosting the business to higher levels. The medical Booking Store will be a web-based system with a very user-friendly interface which indeed will make the whole management process easy to manage and operate with zero redundancies. Overall online medical booking store will become an efficient, highly responsive, and extremely accurate system.

Project Implementation Method

The Project is loaded in Visual Studio. We used Visual Studio for the Design and coding of the project. Created and maintained all databases into SQL Server, in that we create tables, write a query for store data or record of the project.

Our project is an e-commerce site through this website where people can find medicines easily at an accurate price.

Benefits of the Project

Users can view details of the medicines without going anywhere.

It is convenient for users as this system provides accurate cost and description of the system.

The website is flexible to be used and for e-shopping.

Users can view different categories of products of different pharma companies in a single place.

The products are delivered to the customer in his/her house so this becomes more convenient for them.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Online Medicine is a web-based project if we divide its technical development into different parts its major parts are as follows:

1. Prototyping: The initial phase after the communication, requirements gathering, and planning is prototyping. For the prototyping of Adobe XD has been used. Adobe XD is the all-in-one UX/UI solution for designing websites, mobile apps, and more 

2. Web Development: For the development of  Online Medicine website technologies used are PHP, MySQL, Javascript (For back end development), HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (For frontend Designing).

3. Creating Databases: For every project, we need some data and for its storage and management different databases are used. For the same purpose, we need to create a database that will manage our project-related data (For example Details of the one that wants to give us and others who want it for Medical purposes such as their name, address, etc).
