Project Summary

We are basically making a web based project with three different roles that are Patient, doctor and the receptionist. Which provide the easiness to every patient to get the appointment easily from their home and check when and on which time the consultant will be available and the patient have the facility to pay fees online to the hospital and get the online QR code as receipt of his appointment and on same time the receptionist will get the notification of the patient online appointment. The patient has to put his/her data online for the future use that data will be saved in cloud database, the receptionist can check the patient appointments and can reject any appointment. He can also verify the online appointment physically on the time of checkup through QR scanner and the receptionist will also inform the patient if appointment got delay due to unavailability of the doctor the system will automatic shift the online data to next date and inform all the users through message. The doctor will have a same portal that is online cloud based, doctor can scan the QR code of patients, the complete medical history of the patient. The doctor will also put the data of checkup and prescription to the system that will be beneficial for the future use for all the other doctors. In this way the diagnosis and prescription of patient will become efficient.

Benefits of the Project

• Basically we found that idea from our surrounding that there is so many hospital management systems but there is no any such type of Patient management system which provides the online appointment and tracking of the appointment to the patients and if there is no any doctor on the date the appointment will auto shift by the system to the new date and inform the patients through system message.
• Patient need to visit hospital for appointment physically, this system give the time saving and scheduled to the patient and the hospital.
• Patients and Doctors are facing so many problem in this pandemic situtaion of NCOV-19, our system will help them to reduce the chances of affectness from the Covid-19 because patients can take appoitnment from their home and no need to visit any hospital in district 
• our system is varied for district

• Online Hospital management for District is a system which     provides the facility of online appointment and track the appointment to the patient and to control the flow of appointments of patients to the hospital.
• Our system provides the facility to the patients for checking the availability of doctors.
