Emergency medical response in Pakistan is lagging behind other countries. This is partially
because of lack of technology implementation at ground zero. To address the issue, we are
introducing smart ambulance system. It would take Pakistan to competitive position in
emergency services around the globe. Over the last few years there is a revolutionary
development in the field of Internet of Things (IoT).With the help of medically equipped and
technologically powered ambulance, information about patient’s health details can be sent
to the hospital in order to take further action.
In this paper, we propose a smart ambulance system model that will help in rescuing bomb
blast patient. Also provide an automatic responses of suggestions and warnings to paramedic
staff inside an ambulance and nearby hospitals. Our Network (based on RSU and FOG) record
and deliver health status to other elements of system along with nearby hospitals. Also inform
the security/law enforcement bomb disposable squad and fire brigade the exact location and
the clear path.
Our research is about health care system. We research on intelligent ambulance service
system for patient. There are many types of patient do deal with.
? Normal patient
? Road Accidental patient
? Bomb blast
? Burned
? Earth quick
Each above categories patient needs different types of treatment (First AID)

To build a system that can help ambulances to reach the destination on time.
? To increased Patient’s life saving rate.
? Build a system that can save human life though immediate action.
? When the blast happen inform the all the law enforcement, security and bomb squad
department the exact location through google map.
? Inform the all the law enforcement, security and bomb squad the shortest path or we can say
clear path (google map).
? Inform the emergency situation to all nearest hospital.
? Collect data from nearest hospital staff doctors and space available.
