This system will provide immediate results and save the precious time of faculties to check the papers and results.
The Online Examination System will include various Courses and subjects for conducting examinations.This project will enable GC University to conduct Exam. This system have automated checking of Objective based questions and will generate the result of Subjective paper in a specific time limit.
The project allows faculties to create, edit, delete exam and generate exam. The administrator has the right to Login, maintain student record, upload schedule of exams and modify record in database.

Project Implementation Method
We choice the DSDM model dynamic system development method. DSDM is an agile software development methodology that focuses on the full project life cycle. It is an iterative, incremental approach that is based on RAD methodology. DSDM is an organized , common sense process focused on delivering business solutions quickly and efficiently . It make steps to ensure the feasibility and business sense of a project before it is created. DSDM makes heavy use of prototyping to make sure interested parties have a clear picture of all aspects of the system.
The DSDM development process consists of 4 phases. The four phase framework consisting of:
1- Pre- project (feasibility study and business study)
2- Functional model/ prototype iteration
3- Designed and build iteration
4- Implementation or incremental development
The first one is before the project has officially started. Then there are the project studies, which in this document are considered to be one phase. Then there are three more phases that consists of iterative cycles, which are repeated as necessary to complete the project. Then there is the post-project phase, where the project is maintained. The project flow may move between these phases.
Benefits of the Project
The purpose of this system is automate the old manual procedure of conducting exam to Online Web Based Examination System. Online Exam Conduction System is used to reduce manpower, stationary, time, leakage of paper and error in marks calculation. It effectively evaluates the student through an automated system which reduces the required time but also obtain accurate results.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
This is Online Examination System which is developed by ASP.net language. Using this Software our institution can conduct online examination for the students. Where students have to just register here and they will get a register number and assign password. While student is going to write the exam online, student has to write the register number and enter their password. In this way student can write the exam online. Even to complete this exam there is specific time. After that students will not be able to upload the file and their upload button will be hide. Instructor has the rights to check the answers and send the results to the students according to their register number. “Online Examination System” is useful for conducting exams online. The system is user friendly. The software is implemented using HTML and CSS as front end and has the MySQL server database which acts as a database where all the records or the answers will be saved. The system is safe and secure.
