Online Committee App is a savings platform which enables you to save for your future goals in a safe and transparent manner. If you are looking to become part of a committee, it connects you with the right group members using smart technology and ensures that contributions are made fully and on time. If you are simply looking to track your savings, this app also has money management features to help you achieve your future goals.

Project Objectives

Online Committee app is a system in which committees are created by admin so that people can take part and can save their money. The logic behind this committee is that people can select month of their own choice, in which they want committee. In this app, we will have record of every member.They use this money to make payments for education, business, marriage and travel. It is safe and reliable app for saving money. It also connects different people from whereas places and committee will be given wisely.

Project Implementation Method

This is an application on Android and IOS. In this application admin can create multiple committees. There must be at least 10 users for creating a committee. After creating a committee payment should be done within in 10 days by each member and if someone do not pay then penalty will be charge. The criteria of giving committee will be the month selected by the user in which they want. The committee will be given by the admin to the member on 11th of every month. Admin will send the notification alert after 5 th of every month if user do not pay. Members can view the card of committee so that they will know when they will get committee and when they have to pay for committee. Payment should made through jazz cash/easy paisa only and user should submit the deposit slip to the admin so that he can verify it. Once the deposit slip is verified by the admin there will be list maintain at admin panel written paid on that user who has paid the committee.

Admin Panel:

1. Admin will login into the account.

2. Admin can create multiple committees.

3. Admin can accept and reject user request for a committee. 

4. Admin can view details of users.

5. Admin will start committee once the requirements are fulfilled.

6. Admin will send notification alert to the users after 5th of every month.

7. Admin will also charge fine to the user after 10th of every month if user didn’t pay on time.

8. Admin can accept and reject payment request.

User Panel:

1. User can create account and login.

2. User can view multiple committees created by admin.

3. User can select any committee in which he or she wants to take part.

4. User can also select the slot in which he or she wants committee.

5. User can pay for committee by clicking on the view button till 10th of every month.

6. If user didn’t pay till 10th then penalty will be charged.

7. User can still pay till 25th of that month with penalty.

8. User can view their details.
