The world has become a global village. These days, individual activities have been changed into work done by information systems. One of which is the primary objective of this project is about car rental management system. Car rentals are basic to numerous individuals’ arrangements to travel or move from one place to another for business purposes, tours and visit occasions. Thus, car rental is extremely useful. Our car rental management system is a web-based system for an organization that rents out cars. This system empowers the organization to make its services accessible to the public through the web and keep records of its services.

The main objectives of this project are:

• To develop a web-based system that will help to manage the business transactions of car renting.
•  To help in advertising the car rental services of a company, through the availability of the system online

Project Implementation Method

Project Implementation Method:

The Iterative Model is the development methodology that will be used in this project to develop the Car Rental System. It consists of five phases which include,

• Planning and Requirement
• Analysis and Design
• Implementation
• Testing
• evaluation

Also, flow charts and entity relationship diagrams (ERD) are used at this level to represent the system design.

1) Both the Car rental admin and car provider can benefit from using this concept.

2) Everything in the car rental management system is completely automated. The admin can earn money with the car rental management system easily.

3) Completely paperless and reports can be taken out online instantly.
