Project Summary

You want to travel from your house to market what will you do? Yes, you’ll use your bike or car to go depending on the distance. Vehicles have decreased the consumption of time required for travelling and transporting goods from one place to other. It has become a part of our daily life. Vehicles are used for personal & public transport. People of every age know the need of vehicles to travel. But, the life with vehicle is not always smooth. What if you’re on your way and fuel of your vehicle gets low? What if your vehicle get punctured while passing through a rural area where is no vehicle repairing shop nearby? What if engine of a public bus got some problem that the driver can’t solve it and need mechanic for it? In these situations, we always refer to push our vehicle to nearby repairing shop by asking the passing people and we are mostly guided towards wrong way. And it is very time consuming and negates the real purpose of vehicle for which it was made.

Suppose you are in a way to give an important interview for your job but suddenly you       notice that the petrol level of your vehicle is low or it got some problem. Here comes our web app that will guide you to the nearest petrol stations and vehicle repair shops. Not only this, our web app will assist you to order online for petrol/mechanic from nearest petrol station/vehicle repairing shop if you’re not near to it. Our web app will have an option to communicate with the person who is going to rescue the client.It will help a lot in saving the time of user and will let him avoid from inconvenience faced in normal conditions. It will require employing persons to make it function properly and in this way our project will help in decreasing unemployment.
 

Project Objectives

1. Our Proposed web app will provide a platform for our users to get guided towards the nearby fuel station/ vehicle repairing shop. 
2. Our web app will also allow the user to order online for fuel and mechanic to get his service.
3. The mechanics from repairing shops will register themselves to provide service to the client. This will help in reducing unemployment.
4. The client will also register them as users to get aided from services provided by our web app. This will help them in their bad time.
5. Our web app will keep the record of behavior of service providers that will help the user in placing the order to the right person.
6. Our suggested system will work as a bridge between the client/user and service provider and both will get benefitted.

Project Implementation Method

Online Automobile services

1. Using web app we are making a community in which client and service providers will be connected with each other. And in this way, both of them will be aided as client will get help while the service provider will get an order.
2. The web app will allow the drivers to register themselves.
3. It will also allow the service providers to get registered to provide the services. 
4. The map will be shown in web app in which the nearest registered service providers will be marked and can be easily allocated.
5. The web app will also allow the users to order online for fuel or services from service providers which will be delivered on the place where the user will be present.
6. Google Map API will allow the user to get the live location of service provider and the expected time to reach to the user/client. 
7. Our web app will keep the record of behavior of service provider in the form of comments and five star reviews that will allow the user to place order wisely

1. Our suggested web app will help the user to locate the nearest fuel station or repairing shop.
2. This web app will bring both client and service providers on the same platform where both of them will be benefitted.
3. The option of placing online order for services will let the user to pay online and on cash delivery also.
4. Our web app will be very helpful in reducing consumption of time.
5. As we will need to hire employs to serve services to our users so our web app will also lead us to reduce unemployment using technology.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final deliverables will be a web based system which will assist you in a roadside problem.
There will be three types of user accounts.

• Fuel supplier
• Mechanic
• Client

After selecting an account type the user will enter it into the system. For example, if the user uses the client account type there would be some things as follows:

Client can see the number of fuel suppliers/mechanic in their nearby location according to their need. In the client account type, client can see all the service providers. Client will inform which type of problem he/she is facing and accordingly the issue will be resolved.

If the client is having a problem related fuel shortage then he will search for fuel suppliers and order the nearest fuel supplier or highly rated supplier. All the navigation credentials will also be included in the client’s order. Contact information of the person who is requesting for the services will also be included in the order.
If the client is having a problem related function of vehicle i.e. puncture, engine failure etc. then he will search for mechanic and order the nearest mechanic or highly rated mechanic. All the navigation credentials will also be included in the client’s order. Contact information of the person who is requesting for the services will also be included in the order.
 The client can also call to the service provider i.e. fuel supplier or mechanic to get information about the delivery of product or service. There will also be a chat portion where client and service provider can communicate with each other.

The client can search for and place order to the service provider. There will be map where the nearby service providers can be spotted easily and also list of service providers with the estimate distance is provided. After adding these details user would have to add his location which will be based on Google Maps API.

Contact Information of the service provider will also be available to client for contact. The client can easily contact the service providers with the help of this contact information. All the clients who have client account can navigate to the location of the service provider. 

The communication between client and service provider will be only visible to them and also the  ratings of one service provider will not be visible to other service provider but the client can see the ratings of service providers.
