The quest for clean sources of energy is far from the only challenge facing the societies and environments of the world. Poverty, disease, war, hunger, the destruction of natural habitats, eutrophication of water bodies, and the dwindling supply of fresh water are problems that sometimes feel almost forgotten today when most media and societal focus is on global warming and the emission of greenhouse gases. Still, with this imbalance in mind, the utilized energy sources and the energy generating processes tie into many of these problems in addition to the melting of the ice caps, and modern renewable energy technologies avoid a lot of the unwanted effects of traditional energy sources.

Today there are four renewable energy sources the energy of the oceans which becomes interesting for them good future prospects. Wave energy refers to the energy of the ocean the capture of surface waves and energy is done useful work. Ocean waves are a very promising source of energy renewable energy carriers because they can show great energy huge energy resources are represented in almost all geographic regions. This the global theoretical energy of the wave corresponds to 8x106TWh per year, or about 100 times the total hydropower for the whole planet. Arrival The use of fossil fuels to produce this energy can lead to Emissions 2 million tons of carbon dioxide. It means vague energy contributes a lot to mitigation polluting gases in the atmosphere, if they are protected by Kyoto Protocol.

In our project, we tried to make a cheapest and free energy generation system using water waves. In our system, some rods are places inside a box and we keep the box in the water. When water waves move towards the box collision will occur. As a result, the rods under the box are move in the direction of magnetic field.

Project Objectives

The aim of our project is to generate energy (electricity) from water waves in cheapest cost. Following are the aims and objectives of the proposed system.

Project Implementation Method

Apparatus to convert the energy of waves or Swells in the ocean have typically been designed to exploit only the energy of the rising and falling of the swells/waves.

The device consists of a floater, DC motors, transformer and a rectifier.

A frame fixable in an area of the sea or ocean having Swells and including a vertical post and horizontal beam.

One motor is connected to the Vertical beam and second motor is connected to the horizontal post.

Below the motors there is a floater function as a base to capture the movement of wave.

Benefits of the Project

Advantages:

 Unlike wind, tides are predictable and stable, so tidal generators     are used, as they produce a steady and reliable stream of electricity.

 A tidal generator uses floater, which helps marine life avoid getting caught in the system.

This design means that there is no requirement for a wall to obstruct the flow and for this reason they have, as already said, a much smaller impact on the environment.

This is a 3D model of our project it works on the phenomena that when away will hit the floater it will move in X and y directions respectively when the floater will move in X and y directions there are two motors attached on both sides and motors will rotate in positive and negative way and in the result we will have an AC voltage. Further we have capacitors attached which will be charged when they receive the voltage from the motors. Then we will use voltmeter to measure the voltage.
