NUML Smart Card System
The system we are proposing is accommodating every sector of the university and provides security, maintains records and facilitating billings, and much more. This system is composed of the desktop panel and mobile applications and hardware devices i.e. RFID reader, RFID smart card, and a camera. RFID cards will be scanned out through RFID scanners which will help them to enter and leave the university, do payments at cafés and printing areas, and issue books at the library using the database. And the camera will be placed at the entrance where it will recognize and authenticate using face recognition.
The mobile application will be Android-based. This application shows the current status and provides notifications at every activity performed using a smart card.
Desktop Application will be built on React js and Node js and have separate panels with logins for each sector of the university and will be connected with hardware devices and uses a No-SQL database where continuous payments and entering take place. What we proposed here is, that this system is a one-time cost for decays and provides more of the product than its cost.

The main motivation for developing the following system is to secure educational institutes so that parents feel secure sending their children to educate and serve the world.
Adaption of technology to make NUML management efficient:
Because of the fact that NUML is still using three separate cards and at cafes, they are using tokens. As our life and environment got to indulge with technology, they also change its management to computerized management but as we see here still it is lacking behind others just because still they aren’t utilizing the advantages of technology, and with its help, we can bring a big change more easily and efficiently with less manpower.
Android Application:
Android application is for the user to interact with the system. The android view would be available for the students and the teachers so that can view the analysis made by the system about the students.
RFID card reader:
NSCs is using RFID card reader because it contains RFID card for the authentication of the user for all the features that NSCs provide.
Camera:
NSCs require a camera for their security module it captures the live image and then sends that to 3rd party library for user face recognition.
Desktop:
NSCs contain an online website for the admin panel so it requires 4GB RAM, 500GB ROM, core 3i microprocessor system with a good internet connection.
