A portable cerebral monitoring device that when wrapped around the head can allow users to control appliances by simply thinking about the machine to do. For daily users, household electrical appliances can be controlled through neuro-tech. The people with temporary disabilities or medical patients who are unable to communicate their needs and could not explain what exactly want. Even are unable to call their relatives, attendants, or doctor in an emergency situation. More the environment (Lights, fans etc.) should be automated to facilitate such patients. So, proposing a system which will help them to interact without being dependent on anything. This device uses the EEG (Electroencephalography) sensor that detects brain’s electrical signals and pass then to the controller to controls home- appliances. Our main target audience would be people who want comfort or easy to use communication or also those who can afford this. Brain-computer interface (BCI) is a collaboration between a brain and a device that enables signals from the brain to direct some external activity. Also, for the future implementation wanted to make the system more efficient with the help of neural network, the system gradually learns the commands that is being instructed by the patient with the help of Artificial Intelligent (AI).
Our system consists of EEG (Electroencephalogram) sensor which detects brain electrical signals and it connects over a Bluetooth module HC-06 connected with Arduino Uno. Arduino is then connected with relay module and it controls the electrical appliances which are available within the range.

The system can use machine learning algorithms to learn the behavior of the patient and can predict what it may intended to do. We plot the attention level and on head detection using MATLAB software, which helps to better understanding about the working principle of this device. We see various data in difference response. When attention value goes to 0%, there is no attention value or no head detection.
The benefit we will get is that when a person breaks a traffic signal our system will check its details and checks whether the car is stolen or not or the existing number plate is copied or used in other cities.
