Our system will define multiple roles. Every role has their own processes and one role is only authorized for their corresponding processes.Every role has their own dashboard customized according to their processes with minimalistic design.Our system will be web-based so there will be no installation and every user can access it from anywhere.Automation Engine is an intelligent system that takes prepress production by integrating with business systems as well as web front ends. Automation Engine ensures increased efficiency and throughput and saves time and money.

Project Objectives

At present most of the universities are suffering obstacles in document management due to using paper based or semi-automated systems. The objective of this paper is to present a paperless model for the university management system. It was noted that simply converting paper-based activities to digital ones will not achieve a system without paper. Instead it is required to address complete model and its influencing factors at once.

Project Implementation Method

We implement the WaterFalll Model because our Requirement are freez.We collect the requirement of this proccess at once.Then we don't change them after commit the requirement.

Benefits of the Project

Time spent filing, organizing, and searching for paper documents is time that could be spent on tasks. Digitized documents are stored in a central repository, which is basically a well-organized digital filing cabinet where all of your documents live.This means employees can find files at the click of a button, much more quickly than the laborious, manual process of searching for a specific file in a buried folder. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We use the Laravel for the web based software that is more easier and provide more functionality and it is much  easier framework. Laravel is that it makes common development tasks easy such as routing, authentication, sessions, and caching.The solution assists organizations in designing, automating and deploying business processes of different scales. The solution features a document builder that is used to create electronic receipts, letters, confirmations, invoices and contracts.MySQL is a relational database management system based on SQL – Structured Query Language. The application is used for a wide range of purposes.The most common use for mySQL however, is for the purpose of a web database
