In this project basically we are going to locate faults in transmission lines using GSM for communication and notification purpose. In long transmission lines, exact fault location determination is very difficult. In that project we fill find exact location of faults which are accossiated with ttransmission lines such as short circuit, open circuit, over voltage, over current and temperature rise in transmission lines.
Main objectives of this projects are:
1- To prevent ttranmission from overvoltages
2- From over current
3- From Over Voltages
4- Temperature Rise
In this project, we will find exact location by using impedemce method. We will divide transmission lines in ohms per kilometers and by comparing input and output current we will find exact location.
