Event management must arrange place along with seats for people. Management of an event must allot all seats manually on paper or chart. It is very difficult to manage fully crowded event. Along with that security issues are also there. Also, other issues like, people might have missed some update related to Event, required documents and guidance about event. People must stand in queue for registration, for collecting their seat numbers. Our idea will solve all these problems digitally using mobile application, and will solve some of the security issues using QR-Code authentication. Idea Description: it includes 1) Mobile Application2) Web Application3) Online Web ServerMUETEM ( MUET event management) is an application thrugh which a user can reserve seates for any any event or multiple events happening in a day, week or month. He will be having all information related to those events and he will also get time to time update through notification. An organizer can also organize an event through same application and can recieve analytics about his event. Admin pannel can control event organization by approving or rejecting particular event. User can chose his particular seat through virtual seating map at the time or reservation and can get entrance code (QR-code) along with his seat number after reservation, which will be expired after event will be closed.

- To connect user through mobile application and Admin will be connected through web Application.
- To send notifications and updates like date of convocation to all students having app installed.
- To make online registration system where People will register and fill form (that includes all required and necessary things) online using mobile application.
- To include guidance where People will be provided proper guidance of the preparation for event in the application.
- To make system where Seats and slots can be allotted automatically along with entrance QR-code.
- To include virtual map where Students can able to see virtual maps of places to see their seat and will track their seat.
- To make QR-code reader attached with doors where Entrance Security for place can be provided using QR Code.
- Brain Storming: Detailed discussion about project like, its pros and cons, cost and management, targeted audience, algorithm methods and time duration.
- Project Planing: Discussion about project progress timeline.
- Data Gathering: About tools and technologies used to implement application and usage etc. in order to produce SRS document.
- Design: User Interface (UI) design after completion of SRS document.
- Development: Includes harwork of programmers who develop application or make it work, according to design.
- Testing: Includes beta testing after completion of Development before official launch.
- Launch: After successful testing, officially launching the application.
People will be facilitated through application:
- User can see all events happening in Mehran UET in present day or comming day, present week or comming week, present month or comming month, and can reserve seat in single or multiple event.
- User can reserve seats without standing in long queues.
- User can see proper details, guidelines and payment information about any hapening event before registration.
- User can select his seat with his own choice through virtual seating map and track his seat direction on map.
- User can recieve tickets with entrance code(QR-code) along with expiry date.
- User history will be of reserved events and other are maintained time to time.
- Organizer can easily send requent to admin for organizing any event by simply filling online form with requirement form through application.
- Organizer can see reserved seats and their reserver's profile information along with that he can recieve ticket payment directly through online transaction.
- Organizer's history will also be maintained.
- Admin can accept request of organizer by allowing his event to be displayed on user's timeline.
- Admin can recieve rent of place through online transaction.
- It includes QR-code security, user will get QR-code attached with each ticket of event, that will be used on gate at the time of entry, that will be scanned by QR-code reader for opening the door automatically after authentication.
