It is no secret that a good education has the power to change a life. If you want to shape the future, shape the education system accordingly. The use of information and communication technologies in education can play a crucial role in providing new and creative types of help to instructors, understudies, and the learning cycle more comprehensively. In the ongoing years, the whole world is adding technological advancements into educational processes. Schools and colleges are putting amounts of cash and time in creating instructive strategies in contrast to customary kinds of learning frameworks. Therefore, the Government of Pakistan also takes an initiative, which envisions professional development of teachers for interactive learning. The CPD model developed through the invaluable participation of several Sindh government entities, including STEDA, PITE, BoC-EW and faculty of Government Elementary Colleges of Education, represents a structure and approach to professional development of teachers that is different from that of other forms of professional development. The model has been evolved for CPD of primary and elementary school teachers and provide some technical support.We are designing a mobile application to implement the mentioned framework. Our application aims to help teachers in focusing on the specification of pedagogically sound and technically executable learning designs. This application will provide a platform for teacher to stay connected to each other and share their problem. For the first time this system will provide the network for teachers to furnish their skills and seek help from senior faculty. Moreover, this system will be support for mobile learning. While observing the class of the teacher, the application will provide the opportunity to the observer, to perceive how teachers are interacting with the students. Our system will provide educators with observational functionality and data analytics that would not be possible if paper-based processes were used. Furthermore, this system will act as central hub for teachers to access the educational material, which will gradually reduce travelling and financial constraints. After the successful implementation of the proposed system, the staff will learn to teach in monograde schools with a perception that teachers teaching in multi-grade contexts will adapt the learning and adjust their teaching accordingly.

We are going to build a mobile application that would present a platform for teachers belonging from similar department to discuss their queries and get help from the specialist and their peers. The functionality that brings innovation in this application, is the observation feature incorporated in this application observing teacher activities. Along with these functionalities, the supervisors can assess the teachers and mark their performance accordingly to the observation.
In the initial phase requirements are elicitated.
Afterwards, prototype is been designed. We will first create the UI for each module in our application and then Services will be added to them. The prototype design is described using wireframe.

There are many systems like, LMS of Sukkur IBA University, Moodle, Khan academy, Coursera and many more which are supporting a single platform for learners and educators and offering online assessments as well. However, none of them provides online observation tools for teachers.This is the main benefit of our system. Observation tool are used for assessing interactive style of teacher in the classroom. It is difficult for Teachers to identify their own tone, their body language and general discussion style with the classroom. They cannot identify that how they are engaging all students during classroom discussions, whether their voice is reachable to every student or not and many other factors are there which needed proper observation for successful delivery of quality education. Uptill now, none of the management system provide automation for such kind of observation.
The final deliverable will be a mobile application which will in uploaded on google play to be used by primary teachers and guide teachers for their professional development.
