In the modern world everything becomes computerized and atomized. The need of human in various scenarios were overcome by machines. We are developing Milk
vending machine to accommodate people of new era.

Milk is a basic need of humans irrespective of age it is required from new born to grown adults and old age persons. We can not deny the nutritious capabilities of milk. So most of the population in any area tends to purchase good quality milk in reasonable price. As people prefer supermarkets for groceries and other items to purchase. We can
see what is happening in supermarkets in order to bill a packet of chips customers have to wait for queue to be finished. Now in another perspective the availability of Milk 24/7 in any area will be good in rural areas because in big cities life exists on roads 24/7.People have night shifts
and day shifts so Milk is required to make tea or other dairy products for those people who are on night shifts it is viable in office cafeterias or main markets.

Project Objectives

Dairy products are one of the primary foods in the world people of any country
of any religion cannot deny the need of Milk to our body .Nutrients in milk are
required for every age person from baby to old age person. So its availability
around the world is important that is countless dairy farms are producing milk on
daily basis for countless purposes. As population increases demand of milk also
increases so this directly proportional relation allow various firms to make packed
dairy products as we can see milk packs are available in every store in the market.
But our perspective is to provide raw milk 24/7 for every community in the area.
This machine can accommodate both lower level and upper level business. Farm
industry can install this machine at their farm so any person who want actual raw
milk can get from directly farm with the help of machine. This machine will not
overburden the industrial person because this machine works on its own 24/7 so
the sale of farmer can be doubled with in days.

Project Implementation Method

can not be determined by how much people living in any area, but also on the
living standers and attitudes of the locals and why they are living here(weather
they are (hostilities or permanent). A better location for business demands the
good behaviour of living people towards your idea, if opportunity to buy fresh Milk
increases the consumption of milk increases accordingly. Metzger also said that
machines will be profitable when locations and areas are selected carefully.

The factors that should be under observation to make location profitable.

(a) Expected volume that can be sold daily
(b) comparison with available milk cost with the Transportation cost + milk cost
to the area where we want to install the machine.
(c) Is the place where we are installing the machine actually needs it or not.

This is our main target that how we can generate maximum output from our project. We will also make sure that our target audience and shopkeepers are well aware of our idea and implementation plan. This will inhance the excitment of clients towards our project.

Benefits of the Project

How milk vending machine is suitable for consumer’s:

Milk will be available without preservatives and other tea whitening chemicals.
The machine will be operational 24/7.
As human activity in this process will be eliminated so there will be less chance
that consumer gets less quantity or bad quality.

How milk vending machine is suitable for Owner’s:

Space needed is less than a full setup for Milk serving.
Log system will accommodate owner through its accounting services.As its size is small it can be shifted easily from one place to another in any case.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Milk Vending Machine will not be accepting coins so it will be paper currency which will be used to dispense required milk from vending machine. As per our
software development we are using micro controller to operate motors, valves and
sensors. We are using multiple sensors for different task like for milk level detection,
Obstacle detection for dispensing milk, to observe or detect the flow of milk. To
avoid any inconvenience to our customers we are using level sensor which will
detect the level of Milk in a container which will show the quantity of milk present
in the container so that customers can be informed before giving their money to machine. If machine can not offer the required quantity it will send alert message
to the screen so that buyers can act accordingly.

We are using IR sensor to avoid any tragedy at the dispensing end if acquiring is
absent milk will not dispense. This will save customers money and milk. Flow
sensor will be used to count how much milk has been dispensed to generate logs
for owner of the machine this will decrease the accounting burden of the owner.

As we know the milk become denser at the lower end of the container so to maintain
actual quality of milk we are using motor to rotate continuously which will be used
to avoid any problems regarding to density of milk.
