Project Summary

Life is becoming busy to get medical appointment in person to maintain proper healthcare. If anybody is ill and wants to visit a doctor for checkup, He/she need to visit to clinic and wait until the doctor is available. The patient did not have knowledge about doctor facility, at right time and reasonable fee. To solve this problem, we must develop a well-designed online appointment system which improve the patient’s satisfaction and provide easier consultation for all type of user. Patient will find the doctor and make the appointment request online and doctor will confirm appointment for consultation. This system will facilitate the patient to consult with doctor through audio, video, and textual chat service. A patient can avail these mentioned services when he made the payment to the doctor Admin will be able to add, update, or create a new user.

Project Objectives

This product provide ease to both patients and doctors so that the patients can choose the doctor according to cost and specialization.

This will cover the following

1. The online appointment system will have the record of doctors and their available time so, firstly doctors will be needed to create their accounts in our system.
2. Patient can book his/her appointment online.
3. Patient can choose doctor according to their own choice.
4. Our well-designed online appointment system will minimize the human traffic in hospital.
5. As the human traffic will be minimized therefore less manpower will be needed in hospital.

Benefits of the Project

1. MEDHUB will provide benefit to hundreds of users and using its features. This design is to satisfy each user’s usability and its different features
2. The System should be able to service multiple terminal connections simultaneously. At least 50 internet users should be able to use the system without any connection delay issues
3. The system should process textual and numerical data
4. The software should be able to process more that 90% of the user queries in a fraction of 1 second.
5. No Restriction is applied on the number of queries performed be a user if he is authorized to do perform them.
6. The time needed to display information of users’ queries on a web client, varies according to the system load and users’ internet connection speed.
7. System Payment should quicker and safe with minutes.
8. It will make the User Interface very appealing and simple to prevent any problems and the views are user friendly.
9. In case the user forgets or loses Password, the repair functionality helps by choosing “forgot password” option in the main login window.
10. While typing the password if the caps lock is on it must be notified
11. The data of user must safe and keep as private and it will be updated.
12. The chat function with protected by protocol like SSL etc.
13. Our System will protect user from fake doctor and User has right to report any mishap.

In the final deliverable satge we will provide all the source code for both the backend and the frontend 

The webiste will be live and anyone can acess it from anywhere
