MedGo+ would be an e-commerce platform mobile application where various pharmacies can register and sell their products (medicines etc.). People can easily order any health care and medical item at best prices by staying at home. There would be no limitation or restriction in any area means customers can order medicine from any pharmacy that are registered in MedGo. Also there would also be a process for verification purpose in which patients would have to upload their prescriptions for specific medicines which pharmacies can’t provide without doctor’s recommendation. Also one more additional feature that we are going to cover in this application is when customer will upload their prescription the doctor's handwriting will get encrypted and will be sent in text form to vendor (pharmacies).  

Project Objectives

This application would benefit all those people who can't go out to buy medicines for various purposes so that they can conveniently purchase medicines and other health care items that are available in pharmacies through staying at home with this application. This will also be a smart marketing platform for any and all pharmacies or medical stores where they can promote their store by offering special discounts such that users can consider buying as much from their pharmacy. This will establish a market competition amongst pharmacies, as each one will want to offer the least amount of their item or medicines.

Project Implementation Method

In our first 4 months we will target our front-end area where we'll be designing the user-interface of application. After that we'll focus on our database area. Then after completing all this we'll than complete our backend area and will integrate all the application (rider, customer & vendor) together. 

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit behind developing such kind of application is it is going to provide ease to all the age group. Because as we know nowadays medicine is something that every person is in need of. And because technology has advanced so much that everything has become online now. So by this mobile application users can easily order medicine in just a click by sitting at home and it will be delivered to them within no time. Also those who aren’t earning enough from their local medical stores or those who are jobless and are in need of job can solve all these problems through this application.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• We are using firestore for database storage 
• We are using auth service of firebase for registration and login purpose. 
• We are using react native for our front-end
