The job of searching and booking a suitable venue is time taking, hectic and in some cases very difficult tasks for the people. As not everyone has the resources and strength to do this. They often have to ask others for help.

To solve the said real problem we are proposing an application that will connect the venue owners/ managers with those who are looking for an appropriate place for their event. The application we have planned will comprise three main modules; the admin, the venue, and the customer. Each will have their own panel and set of tasks they can perform. Admin will verify the credibility of the venue profile before approving and making it available for users, customers will also be monitored by this module. The venue owner can manage their profile where availability schedule,  booking details, updates in the venue, history, and feedback or reviews will be posted and shared with customers. The customer portal will offer the facilities of searching the venue, checking for availability, request for booking, and pay online. Customers can also give feedback/ reviews after the event.

The proposed solution will also give the opportunity to those who own places that are not big enough or on prime location to offer their places for small gatherings by making it available on a platform.

Project Objectives

Our main objective is that we should try to facilitate the people to book their event venue anywhere by this application easily. Our main objective is that all venues will be known to the customer. The effort of finding the event venue and resources of the task will be reduced. The small venue owner or not the prime location venue owner has the opportunity to groom their business because through the application their venue can easily show to customers. and customers have the opportunity to book their event venue or select their event venue online easily. 

Project Implementation Method

We are writing both technologies which we are thinking about and at the time of starting the project, we will decide to choose one of them. 

Flutter:-

In flutter, we use dart language which is used in front hand and backend. The flutter framework is used for native applications for both platform IOS and Android.

For the database we used firebase but this is not confirmed. Maybe we change our minds at that time. 

IONIC:-

ionic is a framework that is used for both platform Android and IOS.In ionic, we used HTML, CSS javascript, and angular JS. for backend we use node js and firebase but this is also not confirmed.

Benefits of the Project

Our problem is important because it saves people time and energy and it’s also important day by day everything becomes digital. The way business is changing. People want more facilities. People want everything available at their door or on their smartphones.

so we take our motivation from CAREEM, UBER, BYKEA, and AIRLIFT apps because they see a problem and make a solution with comfort and time-saving applications and many other applications. 

The idea we have been presenting to you is unique and has not been seen in any application in our country. The main reason for developing this application is to facilitate normal people to book their banquet hall for their events at home easily by using this application

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This project is a real-world problem. People face many problems to book their hall and banquet for their events. This can help them to easily check what type of banquet and hall are available and which date are available and they can check from their home and also book their booking at home easily.

  

The scope of this application to facilitate the customers to book their Banquet Hall

Features will be :

• Login system 

This login system is based on three login panel

• In the admin panel, the admin can control the vendor and customer panel and have all the rights.

• In the Customer panel, customer rights will be customized in this customer has only the right to book the banquet Hall. the customer will be able to see the details and pictures and contact the vendor  

• In the vendor, panel vendor have the access to confirm the booking or reject the booking 

of the customer. or to update the booking dates.

3: Technical Complexity 

This application was introduced by some people but they failed because they only show the banquet name and the infrastructure of the banquet. The customer has to manually book the banquet hall and they don't facilitate the customer to communicate.

In our application, we have provided communication with the management of the hall & online booking. We provide the access to the vendor so they can update their booking dates and rates.
