The app will feature real-time tracking for the partners for users and will display the nearest partner in your area according to your need. Partner consists of the following categores: Mechanics of your selected vehicle and Truck Towers. Rates for the towing services will be calculated according to per km using a special algorithm. Once booking has been confirmed, the partner which can fulfill the required service will accept the following booking.

Project Objectives

To develop an application which connects mechanics and truck tower drivers to the their potential users in times of need throught an application called "Mechania". In times of need on a highway, when one needs a mechanic or a truck to tow their vehicle, they never know that the required person or service may be 5-10 kms near to them and instead of calling one from a city, they could call them. 

Project Implementation Method

And Android application is being developed which has connectivity to Firebase Database. There will 2 types of sign up. First will be Partner Registration and second will be User registration. Google Map API will be integrated for fetching user location and sending data to server to find the nearest partner.

Benefits of the Project

There is market gap in Pakistan right now which can be fullfilled by Mechanica. The application can be highly successfull if marketted effeciently country wide. This would solve the disputes of service providers charging a hefty price from customers in times of need.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

A final Android APK will be published on the Google Play Store. Firebase database will help users reset their passwords when forgotten with the help of a reset link to their email ID.
