Our project have to overcome the manual system of the company upto 90% which is the main objective.

The project have double entry accounts system which will easily manage the accounts of company.

This total accounting system will help the company to solve the financial transections system

Project Implementation Method

As my project have stakeholder so I use the multiple methods to implement the project. 

• First to search and visit the  company to check their working invironment
• I talk and met the company staff members to get idea of working and sales purchase procedure
• Then i interview the MD of company and some idea related critical issues came in the medice distribution
• Direct Observation of the company

Benefits of the Project

The project will help the company and also facilitate their staff members to work easily.

• The system will easily generate the invoices and recceipts that will help in fare dealing of business
• The system have 15 types different reports that provide convineance to check company progress
• The system have double entry accounts that will solve the huge and difficult accounts transections and generate the profit loss of the company

Final deliveralbles not have too much technicalities the little bit will solve in the training session of the staff;
