We are going to develop a web-based application named Marquee Management System.In a manual system all the reservation details are recorded in a file and those files are stored in a special cabinet. Calculations of bills and inventory items are also done manually. To deal with this problem, automated system for adding record and receipt generation. In those system files have some security issues. We decide to develop their reservation system as computer-based system and can give quick service for manager to manage the records of reservation. A reservations system  is a computerized system used to store and retrieve information. The process of booking marquee is a frequent and important activity in any area. But the process become very time consuming when there is no proper and convenient system. This system is a convenient and an efficient. The System generates reports automatically and may be run daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. It includes booking details. reservation, management of expenses, keeping track of employees etc. All of the essentials will be covered e.g. material calculations, billing expenses, stock information, inventory control system information, and efficient reporting etc.

Project Objectives

We aim to provide:

• Ease in the booking Process for the manager.
• Online booking process for customers with specific offers.
• The marquee statistics to the Director/Owner
• A user-friendly interface for a layman.
• Manage the Kitchen Inventory to ensure that no items are lost.
• Manage employee data.

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit of the project on Marquee Management system is to manage the details of Marquee, booking, events facilities etc. It manages all the information about Marquee, Customers and Orders.The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the  booking. It tracks all the details about the booking.
