We use smartphones for a lot of things. We listen to music, play games, watch videos and talk yo another on soical media. There are lot of applications that can do just that. you carry this thing on you all the time so why not let it make your life easier? The tols should make your life easier in a variety of different ways. The importance of Android application development for business  and interaction of client and user between them. The mobile applications have introduced an energizing era for business. The manner in which we learn things about the world, Today every single person depends upon on a mobile devices to perform some of the most important tasks in life.

 We can see globally everthing is switched from paper work to online procedure. But our judiciary still operate on paper work and manually. This creates huge gap and many problems. The common public have minor knoeledge about this court system like when they need to hire a lawyer, they donot know which lawyer is suitable for their case. What type of procedure they need to follow? In which court they can apply for appeal and how many times they can go for review.. And where to find the authentic lawyers in their cities. Same goes for lawyers, the lawyer’s community in Pakistan still rely extensively in managing their work using the manual way, which does not always help in achieving efficiency and keeping the work organized. it is very hard for them to keep track of clients hearing and record. Too much paper works makes it difficult for them and there is also a common issue of communication gap between lawyer and client. In manual system it’s difficult for lawyer to inform all clients one by one for hearing date and key point. Same for clients. Also, client unable to keep track of their hearing because for that they have to meet lawyers in person. And client do not know about ongoing cases of a lawyer, if a lawyer already has 20 ongoing cases this thing will goanna cost the client this will delay his case. Lawyer didn’t have any portfolio or any average of win/loss rate this makes difficult for a client to choose best for him. Cases are pending for years because lack of interaction between client and lawyer.

For overcome all these problems we’ll developed a system that will help client and lawyer. Lawyer can maintain his profile that will contain his portfolio, his success rate, his ongoing cases and his specialization. Client can check the lawyer’s profile and will able to hire the suitable lawyer for his case. Both will able to keep track of their ongoing cases comments from judges from last hearing dates of new hearing. They can interact each other by using this platform and can prepare for next hearings. // In future we can apply data analysis on the dataset from this system to check currently our society facing which cases most//.

Project Objectives

The system allows clients/users to search for specific types of cases and bid only on those that interest them. This application also allows clients and lawyers to communicate about the case, verify court dates.This is one easy way for clients to find lawyers and lawyers to find clients.The purpose of this system to provide complete (past, current, future) information of active cases to the client.Save the time of both (client and lawyer) by using this system.Lawyer can maintain their profile and portfolio and advertise themselves digitally.Lawyer can maintain his profile that will contain his portfolio, his success rate, his ongoing cases and his specialization.So we develop mobile application for android.Lawyer and client can interact each other by using this platform.

We implement google services, tracking system and google location services in our android application.

To provide complete (past, current, future) information of active cases to the client.

Lawyer can maintain their profile and portfolio and advertise themselves digitally.

Helping common public or user to find most suitable lawyer in their cities online.

Today technology has taken over almost all the professions.Now, pilots can keep their logs online and physicians can suggest patients with a single click on their mobile devices. So, why should a lawyer be an exception here? Yes, should not be!We have listed the Lawyer Diary App because it’s not like any regular lawyer app.  Not only does it watches out the proceedings of the court halls, where your case is being listed but  it will send you the periodic updates about the status.
What if, we say you will be pre-notified of your cases just before it reaches out to the court hall? Yes, this is possible with the Lawyer Diary app. you can always use this app to manage your notes and set reminders. This app will look out for your case in the cause lists of the high courts and will send you detailed SMS, as well as notifications. It facilitates the lawyers to maintain all their case things in one place without any hassle. To make it easier for the user, the app has a search bar,  you can type the name of a law you want to refer. This means that you need not waste any time searching for a law in a book. It is just as easy as this!
