The project will be implemted via creating a website which will allow the auditors to assign tasks to agents and then evaluate their work and make neccessary efforts to increase overall productivity of organization by giving different incentives to employees on their performance to motivate them to work to their full potential and hence to increase compnay's performance. Also admin will be able to add auditors and agents in system.

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit of the project is that it will be easy to use for the upper managment to assign tasks and also evalute the performance of their employees and the to see whether the organization is going in the direction of increased productivity or not.
