Health and fitness have always been a huge market worldwide. Irregular eating and sleeping habits have caused people to obese. Awareness of health and fitness turned people to join gyms and do workouts. The market size of the Gym, Health & Fitness Clubs industry is expected to increase 7.2%

In 2021. Many students (hostellers), workers, and some business missed their gym workout because they are out of the city or away from their houses. We have quite a lot number of Gyms available in Pakistan but they have restricted people to consume their Gym monthly subscription on their own gym only. 

So we are going to Platform GymToGym which works as a third party between gym proprietors and gym users. In the era of automation and connectivity, we connect gyms with the company and enroll all the gym members in its database. through our system, if the user has purchased a membership of any gym, he can work out at any gym branch registered in our system and charges would be subtracted.

we provide Artificial Intelligence-based recommendations and diet plans based on BMI and the daily routine of the users. Our system will keep track of the walk and idle state of users as well.

Services:

• Register all the gyms and all users in a company.

 -This service controls the free riders and Fee defaulter because if there is a fee defaulter of any registered gym he will be unable to enter in any gym which is registered in our company.

Provide three type of packages

• Gym package

- If you buy gym package, then you can workout only in this gym.

• Company package

- If you buy company package, then you can workout in any gym which is

registered in our company with respect to Star.

• Balance

- If you have balance, then you can workout in any registered gym without respect to star.

If any user has not fee for gym, company provide 5 attendance credits .

Project Objectives

Objectives:

The core objective of this project is to automate Health and fitness sector in Pakistan by bringing all the Gym/Fitness centers under one umbrella. Technology has taken every domain to most benefit users as well as businessmen. 

GymToGym is a full-fledged application that will be designed to keep the record of all the registered gyms.

Company provide online platform (web + mobile app) for user

•  Finding nearest gym.
•  Check your attendance and packages history.
•  Buy / Activate new packages.
• üBMI Calculator, it will suggest you the best workout.
• It will provide the best diet plan with respect to your physique.
• Check all Updates on Events and Competitions. 

The company provides an online platform (web ) for the Owner

•  Can check the total Users of the gym.
•  Can find easily fee defaulters and free riders.
• Check your attendance and package history.
• Can add Delete and update gym packages.
• Activate Customer Package.
• Can check gym weekly, monthly, and yearly base income and expenses details.
• Update gym profile.
• Mark Attendance

Project Implementation Method

The project is divided in three major phases:

Requirement Gathering

The most important part is to understand the needs of users and businessmen. In this phase, we will survey users about health & fitness issues, their time flexibility, and what they want to be accessible regarding Gyms. A similar process would be done with gym owners. After noting down the requirements, we will verify & validate them from users and gym owners.

Design and development

The design of the application is the most significant part. the focus of this project is to make the life of users easy, automation of manual systems and upgradation of lifestyle of people. The design will be user-friendly and easy to understand, yet will provide all facilities in one single platform.

Before implementation, a prototype will be validated by both stakeholders to ensure acceptability.

Testing

Testing on real data and users would be performed after the completion of the project.

Software Involved:

Microsoft Word:

Microsoft word is the word processor and would be used for documentation purposes throughout the whole project.

Microsoft Project:

Microsoft Projects provides extensive features on project management with a prominent

feature of project scheduling. Gantt charts, resource allocations. This would be used as a project

Flutter:

Flutter is a cross-platform application development language. This will be used to create Web, android, and iOS applications.

Firebase Firestore:

Firebase Firestore is the back-end No-SQL database, which provides easy, quick, and safe access

to the data stored.

Firebase Storage:

To store any documents and files firebase storage will be used as it provides secure download/upload of files and items.

Firebase Functions:

As firebase does not support any kind of servers, firebase functions will work in place of the servers.

Through this project, two stake holders would be benefited,

Gym Owners: This project will help in scaling up their business by entertaining more users which will eventually help in economically supporting our country. secondly, Automation and tech advancement will make the system foolproof and facility owners in accounts and finance maintenance. 

GymUser:

Gym Users would be able to get all health-related facilities in one single application, Health monitor, Diet planner, activity monitor, and Gym timings in nearby locations. his/her one single membership could be utilized in any gym registered under our project. An artificial Intelligence-based module will provide a daily base diet and activity plan for ultimate fitness.

A part from above mentioned benefits, this project will:

• Gym Record Management:

The system will gather all the required information from the gyms. Then we will store all the information in our company database. Gym owners store their user’s information locally, which is poorly managed if they lost their data they will face many issues.

• Gym Users Record Management:

We will gather all the gym users’ information from all the companies, which are registered in our company and store all the information in our company database. If there is a fee defaulter will not be allowed in any gym which is registered in our company.

• Gym And Company Packages:

There are different types of packages one star, two stars, and three stars according to the ratings of the gym. If a user is using a one-star package and he wants to work out in a two or three stars gym he will pay extra for it. Because the two and three stars gy packages are costly than the one-star package.

• Nearest Gyms Locations:

If a user is new in an area and he want to go to gym but he did not know any gym there. He can simply open the mobile app of our company and he can simply click on the “Find Gyms” and this will open a map and show all the nearest gyms which are registered in our company.

• Online Attendance:

In this modern era, almost all the gyms stored their user’s attendance manually, and this is a very old way to keep any record. We will take attendance by scanning the user fingerprint and store all the attendance details on the user portal.

• Diet Plan:

Our mobile app will suggest the users that which diet plan is best for their health. Our app will take age, height, and weight from the users as input and then our system automatically decides the best diet plan for their health.

• History Record:

this project will provide a user panel from which he can check all his history for example which package did he use in his previous month and how many days he is absent from the gym

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Software Requirement Specification

First deliverable id SRS document to understand system development flow and sequence. This document will elaborate on all requirements and phases to achieve the goal of development. This document will explain the users involved, use case diagram, class diagram, database details, and all modules we proposed for the systesm.

Design & Prototype

In the second phase, we will make a design and build a prototype around it, in this phase, we would be able to see the output and generic functionality of our project. In this phase, we will be open to all the suggestions and improvements required.

System Implementation & Testing

In this phase, we will complete the implementation and testing of our application. will provide a tutorial and guide for our users to understand the use and functionality of the systesm.
