Die cutting continues to grow in prominence as an essential method of fabricating products that consumers use daily. Die cutting is the opposite of additive manufacturing which is the object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created.

A Die cutting machine remove extra material form any sheet. This process is done by many ways but using laser cutter for small operation comes out to be the best option. The nozzle of the cutter move too and fro and entirely controlled by computer. The laser cutter can cut and engrave any material of any thickness. But it is best for the usage of material thickness up to 5mm. if thickness of material is more than 5mm then we have some other cutting option like plasma, milling, and water jet cutting etc. The Digital Die-cutting machine operation starts with collecting the data from the programming that extract from the computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). The programs produce the computer file and then will extract the command to operate the machine. The program will be transferred via post-processor and then be loaded into the CNC machine to start the machining.
